Senior Designer

Description

Designer needed to help conceptualize, plan, design and produce compelling interfaces for complex Websites as well as leading Rich Internet Applications and other interactive projects.

This senior design position will take on a lead role among design unit team members. Must be able to perform the following at a very high level:

Conceptualize, plan and present design composites
Manage and continue to develop core design concepts
Improve and perfect usability
Plan, estimate and meet design production deadlines

Essential Skills

5+ years professional interactive design experience
Thorough knowledge of design principles
Understanding of user interface design
Expertise in usability and interaction design (UI and UX design)
Photoshop and Illustrator expertise
CSS
Bleeding edge understanding of design genres, techniques, approaches and constraints
Ability to keep up and adapt to constantly-changing trends
Experience with brand, identity and style guidelines

Bonus Skills

Management and team leadership skills
UI design experience for Rich Internet Applications
Flash or Flex experience/expertise
