Description
Project Manager needed to direct and execute medium to large scale Web and Rich Internet Application development projects for clients of Active Media Architects.
The project manager will be responsible for overall project execution from start to finish. In addition, the Project Manager will provide support to account managers and program directors. While helping to develop and improve project development procedures, the goals for the Project Manager are to deliver on or ahead of schedule, on or below budget, and to consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
The Project Manager will work directly with account managers to create detailed descriptions, estimates, functional and technical specifications and timelines. The Project Manager will also be responsible for providing ongoing status reports throughout the entire project lifetime.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 4-years of project management experience
- Interactive agency experience
- Project management experience for Internet and/or software development
- Budget management experience
- Experience with large enterprise or Internet projects
- Knowledge and experience managing diverse teams
- Must be very organized
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written
- Motivational team building skills
Bonus Skills
- Software and/or systems integration consulting experience
- Sales and/or account management experience
