Activa Events

Activa Events gives you an easy way to create, promote, manage and accept event registrations and class registrations online. Setup new classes or events in minutes and automate the entire registration process for your attendees. You have access to view, add, edit and delete classes or manage and monitor current class registrations at any time. Adding a new class is as simple as logging into Activa and typing in the following information:

• Class Title
• Description
• Instructor information and photo
• Dates and Times
• Registration Cost (if any)
• Event Location(s) - linked to Google Maps for driving directions
• Registration/Attendee Limit
• Registration Cut-off Date
• Contact Person and Information

Events Display Automatically on your Website

Classes will be displayed by listing the class title and description (or abbreviated description if applicable) along with a list of available dates. Visitors may then link to a more detailed class page where full class details and registration information will be available. Essentially, a list/index page of all classes with each individual class having its own dedicated page. This will increase Google PageRank rankings and search engine relevance not only for the classes but for the entire Website. Each class page will contain the necessary links for visitors to signup and register for the class. In addition, we will incorporate a “tell a friend” link to allow visitors to e-mail a friend with information about the class. By registering for a class, visitors will be required to submit payment via credit card (dynamic credit card processing will be incorporated for such transactions).

Intelligent Event Management

If a class is limited to a specific number of registrants, Activa Events knows when to close the registration as soon as the class’ final spot is taken. As the registrations fill-up, the availability of registration openings will decrease. A dynamic number ticker will display the number of openings currently available on the registration page. You can also setup a cut-off date that closes registration on a specific date. When a class reaches its registration limit, the contact person for the class will receive an e-mail notification alerting them that the class is now full.
